The PQC-X™ Migration Framework

PQC-X™ is Uroniyx’s end-to-end post-quantum migration and operations framework, designed to help organizations move safely from quantum risk awareness to sustained post-quantum resilience.

The framework spans eight structured phases—beginning with quantum threat and business risk framing, cryptographic discovery through a Crypto Bill of Materials (CBoM), and crypto-agility readiness assessment. It then progresses through policy and governance alignment, hybrid and domain-wise migration execution, and rigorous validation and compliance.
