Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Uroniyx Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Uroniyx”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality training, workshops, certification programs, and professional learning experiences through the Uroniyx Quantum Security Academy.

Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before registering for any of our programs.

1. Registration Confirmation

Your registration is confirmed only after:

· Successful payment is received.

· Registration details are verified.

· A confirmation email or message is issued by Uroniyx.

2. Cancellation by Participant

More than 7 Days Before the Program

Participants may request cancellation at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled program date.

· Eligible for a 90% refund of the registration fee.

· 10% will be retained towards administrative and processing charges.

Within 7 Days of the Program

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled program are not eligible for a refund.

However, participants may request:

· Transfer to the next available batch, subject to availability.

· Nomination of another participant from the same organization.

3. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend the program without prior written notice will be treated as a No Show.

No refunds or credits will be provided.

4. Rescheduling Requests

Participants may request to reschedule their registration once, provided the request is received at least 5 business days before the program.

Approval is subject to seat availability.

5. Cancellation by Uroniyx

Uroniyx reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any training due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

· Insufficient registrations

· Instructor unavailability

· Technical issues

· Force majeure events

In such cases, participants may choose either:

· A full refund, or

· Transfer to the next available session.

6. Corporate Training Engagements

For customized corporate workshops or on-site training:

· Cancellation terms will be governed by the respective proposal, quotation, or agreement.

· Any advance payments made for venue booking, travel, or logistics may be non-refundable if already incurred.

7. Digital Learning Materials

Fees paid for:

· Digital course materials

· Downloadable resources

· Recorded sessions

· E-learning subscriptions

are non-refundable once access has been provided.

8. Certificate Eligibility

Certificates will be issued only to participants who satisfy the attendance and completion requirements of the respective program.

Refund requests will not be accepted based on non-completion after attending the training.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Processing time:

· 7–14 business days, depending on the payment gateway or banking institution.

Any applicable payment gateway charges or bank transaction fees may be deducted where permitted.
